Our Safety Policy

Our employees are our most valued asset. Therefore, everyone working at ARA Engineering will partner  to provide and maintain a safe and healthy workplace without incidents causing harm to our employees or those who work for us,  at the office or in the field. Based on this core value, everything we do for our customers will be based on delivering solutions that will help keep our customers workplace safe.  Accordingly, ARA Engineering is committed to:

  • Create a working environment where incidents are not acceptable.
  • Take all reasonable action to meet or exceed the applicable occupational health and safety requirements where we work, and continually monitor and improve operations, procedures, technologies and programs that contribute to a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Have managers and project leaders that will lead the safety and health improvement process and provide visible leadership and resources to implement our plan.
  • Providing employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs safely and asking them to make a commitment to an incident free workplace.
  • Working with clients to promote safety and health considerations in planning, design, and project management, whenever possible.
  • Establishing safety and health performance measures as key indicators for organizational excellence, and incorporating safety as a core process throughout the company.

In order to meet these commitments, all ARA Engineering employees are expected to be proactive with regard to safety and health issues.

Our ISO 18001 certification process will start in april 2016.
